Elvis Presley

The iconic King of Rock ‘n’ Roll began his career as a heartthrob in the 1950s and 60s. During his youth, he had a penchant for Southern Soul Food, relishing dishes like fried chicken, buffalo wings, meatloaf, and mashed potatoes. Elvis’ energetic performances, characterized by his signature pelvis gyrations, contributed to his initial fitness and vitality. However, as he aged, his lifestyle took a toll on his health.

By the time Elvis reached 42, he had gained an astonishing amount of weight, ballooning to 350 pounds. In his later years, his favorite indulgence was deep-fried peanut butter, banana, and crispy bacon sandwiches, which he would consume one after the other. Sadly, Elvis Presley’s health deteriorated significantly, and he passed away in 1977.
