Oh Deer
The biological accuracy of this restroom sign is questionable. It’s true that typically, only male deer have antlers, with some rare exceptions involving females. The decision to give the female figure antlers and even add flowers further complicates the sign’s message.
Rather than using the same head and adding flowers to one, the designer created distinct faces for the buck and the doe. While the design is visually appealing, it creates a confusing sign that could be clarified.
