Akon
It’s common to come across tabloid stories that portray celebrities as people who can do whatever they want without any consequences. However, this perception is often flawed, as eventually, their actions catch up with them. Even though they may manage to avoid repercussions for a while, their many downfalls will ultimately come back to haunt them.
Famous singer and rapper Akon is a perfect example of this. After portraying a party scene in front of a Buddha in his “Sexy Chick” music video, he is no longer welcome in Sri Lanka. While it’s unclear whether he ever planned on visiting the country, it’s safe to say that the chance to do so has now vanished entirely. This serves as a stark reminder that regardless of someone’s status or fame, there are still lines that cannot be crossed, and one must be mindful of their actions at all times.
