Reconciliation and Co-Parenting
By mid-2012, Denise and Charlie were on amicable terms and spent time together for the sake of their children. They even appeared in each other’s projects, with Charlie making a cameo in her movie, “Madea’s Witness Protection,” and Denise in Sheen’s FX network series, “Anger Management.”
In 2013, Denise was awarded temporary custody of twin sons born to Charlie and his wife, Brooke Mueller, a move with Charlie’s full support, marking a positive turn in their co-parenting journey.
