A Web of Deceit

During the Cold War, plenty of families in Austria were building nuclear shelters and underground bunkers in their homes, which made it even easier for Josef to get a council building permit in the 1970s.

Josef hid extra rooms that weren’t in the plans behind other shelves and doors so no one who happened to ask to go down there would question his building work. His bunker was nothing unusual from the outside, but the world had no idea the sinister plan he was creating for his daughter down there.
