Since Grey’s Anatomy, Sarah has had a few guest roles but has found success in Hallmark movies like Christmas in Vienna and Reindeer Games Homecoming.
She starred in the 2020 film Indivisible, based on a true story, and has directed episodes of Grey’s Anatomy and Mixed-ish.
