The Second Largest Stadium
Every major city requires a top-notch stadium, and Indonesia, the island nation, is no exception. They boast one of Jakarta’s world’s largest stadiums, the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.
In 1962, Jakarta hosted the Asian Games, and the stadium was completed that very year, with a seating capacity of over 100,000 spectators. This ranks it as the second-largest stadium globally. Quite an impressive feat!
