Happiness
Children are a handful, but they are also a blessing. Raising kids is hard work, and it demands constant attention, costing you a lot of sleep. We wouldn’t go as far as to say that they suck all the happiness out of your life – they also bring a lot of joy – but for this person, they did.
When his kid used to run around the house, he would jokingly call him a dementor – you know, that dark, scary creature from Harry Potter that feeds on human happiness. It’s not exactly a #ThatWasCold moment if it’s a nickname he used often, but we can see how this story qualifies to be on the list. It’s pretty cold, but it seems to have been said with a sense of humor.
