#12 FBI Not Concerned With Illegal Music Downloads

When applying for a high-profile government position, it is expected that individuals should have a clean record and have not committed any illegal acts. However, in the process of being hired, potential candidates are often asked about their past and any potentially illegal activities they may have engaged in. In one instance, a person admitted to having downloaded music illegally.

It is unlikely that the FBI would be concerned with this minor infraction, as they likely already have access to this information through their extensive background checks. This question may also serve as a test of the individual’s honesty and willingness to admit to past mistakes.
