Someone should really say something.
Did you think knowing how an umbrella works is common knowledge? So did we, until we came across this guy. Sure, maybe he didn’t have very far to go to get from the store to his car. But if he really didn’t care about getting wet, then why hold it over his head at all?
It takes a split second to open the umbrella, and it would have helped him stay completely dry. Someone should maybe have told him that.
