Bed Time

As we grow older, our perceptions of time and social norms change dramatically. For many of us over the age of 25, the idea of being out past 10 PM feels utterly exhausting. Gone are the days of youthful revelry; instead, we prioritize rest and recovery to tackle our responsibilities the next day. The thought of staying up late and facing the consequences of sleep deprivation becomes less appealing, especially with the demands of work and life pulling at our attention.

It’s fascinating how our bodies adjust to these new rhythms, often craving sleep when night falls. The notion of being “party-ready” after midnight seems like a distant memory. Many of us wonder how others manage to thrive on little sleep, waking up refreshed and ready for a new day. The truth is, most of us rely on caffeine to help us power through, but nothing beats a good night’s sleep. Embracing the bedtime routine may be one of the best decisions we make in adulthood!
