While James Cameron’s marriage with Linda Hamilton foundered, Kate Winslet, who was celebrated for her role in Cameron’s “Titanic,” embarked on her journey of love and marriage. She first married Jim Threapleton, an English film director, with whom she welcomed her daughter Mia. Her search for companionship led her next to Sam Mendes, acclaimed director of “Skyfall” and “1917,” from 2003 to 2010, during which time they had a son named Joe.
In 2012, Winslet found love again, this time with Edward Abel Smith, a nephew of Richard Branson, who whimsically changed his name to Ned Rocknroll.
