Fat Chance

For some, working out is a way of life. Certain individuals, especially those who make daily exercise a habit, can’t fathom a day without a morning jog, an afternoon weightlifting session, and an hour-long gym visit at night.

However, those who find breaking a sweat tiresome and unnecessary dread it. Most people would likely agree that indulging in a piece of pie and a latte is far more appealing than attending a pilates class.
