The reality is that many individuals need apps to help them track when their periods are expected to occur. It would be a relief to be able to pinpoint the exact time of that dreadful week without fail. Despite using such apps, we still receive reminders that our period may begin within the next two weeks. It’s important to recognize that menstrual cycles aren’t always straightforward, and they vary from person to person.
In addition, it’s crucial to remember that menstruation isn’t necessarily a monthly occurrence. Some individuals may have more than one period in a month or have a period every other month. While it would be fantastic if our bodies worked like a clock, providing us with an accurate monthly calendar, this isn’t always the case. Therefore, it’s essential to have patience and understanding regarding the variability of menstrual cycles, and we should be thankful if our bodies operate on a predictable schedule.
