Despite the years and the distance, this mother-and-daughter duo has always bonded over their love for outdoor activities. They still camp out in the wilderness and tuck themselves inside their cots while pointing at the stars in the sky. “Remember when you could barely babble ‘bear?’ It took you so many times to get it right. But I always understood you because you would keep staring at the sky as if to point out that great bear constellation,” this mom fondly recalls.
