Vinny Ohh is a makeup artist committed to transforming himself into an androgynous alien. At 17, he started his journey with lip fillers and has since undergone hundreds of surgeries to achieve his desired appearance.
His transformations include two nose jobs and multiple cheek and brow modifications. And wearing completely black contact lenses daily. Despite these extensive changes, Ohh isn’t finished. He has publicly announced his intention to have his genitals removed to feel more like an androgynous alien.
