#21: Disconnect to Feel Human Again

In recent years, our dependence on social media and constant online connection has only intensified. Many people spend so much time behind screens that they forget what real interaction feels like — the eye contact, the shared laughter, the presence in the moment.

We owe it to ourselves and our children to relearn how to unplug. The first few attempts may feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar, but over time, the clarity and calm that come from stepping away from endless scrolling are worth the effort.
