#24: Parenthood Isn’t for Everyone — And That’s Okay
Today, choosing whether or not to have children is more acceptable than ever before. Unlike previous generations who often faced pressure, judgment, or even shame for opting out of parenthood, people now have far more freedom to decide what’s right for their lives.

And honestly, that freedom matters. Some people simply aren’t prepared — emotionally, financially, or mentally — for the lifelong responsibility of raising a child. There’s nothing wrong with acknowledging that. In fact, making the thoughtful decision not to become a parent can prevent a great deal of heartache for both the adult and the child.
