Introducing the Brunette Bombshell
Contrary to common belief, Sofia Vergara has naturally light hair, not dark hair, as many assume. The actress decided to darken her hair to increase her chances of being cast in more roles. She became a “brunette bombshell” by doing so.
Sofia explains, “I’m originally a natural blonde. However, when I started my acting career, I faced challenges during auditions because casting directors were unsure where to place me. They saw my voluptuous figure and heard my accent, but my blonde hair confused them. Unfortunately, this ignorance made them assume that every Latin person should look like Salma Hayek.”
