Distinctive Colors and Flowers Represent Each Hawaiian Island

Every Hawaiian island is associated with a unique color and flower. Maui is symbolized by the color pink, represented by the Lokelani flower (Damask Rose). The official state flower of Hawaii is the yellow hibiscus.

Oahu is characterized by the color yellow and the Ilima flower. The Big Island of Hawaii is linked with red and the Lehua Ohia flower. Kauai is represented by purple and the Makhana (green berry). Niihau is symbolized by the color white and the Pupu shell. Molokai is associated with the color green and the White Kukui blossom.
