The Bed Is Small
As you grow older, one of the perks is finally upgrading from the twin-sized bed that accompanied you throughout your childhood to a more spacious full, queen, or even king-sized bed if you’re fortunate. The freedom to sprawl out and starfish to your heart’s content is a luxury that many look forward to.
However, this sense of spaciousness can quickly diminish when you begin sharing your bed with someone, especially a woman who might happen to be a bed or blanket hog. In such cases, the once-comfortable bed can feel remarkably smaller, prompting thoughts about whether sleeping in separate beds should become a more socially acceptable option to maintain a good night’s sleep for both partners.
