There’s an old saying that goes, “Smile, and the world smiles back at you.” Essentially, it means that our attitude has a more significant impact on our circumstances than we often realize. Good things are more likely to happen when we maintain a positive outlook.
In the case of the guy who chose to wear a T-shirt in the morning that reads, “This sucks,” he probably didn’t anticipate it would turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy. To be fair, though, getting arrested is undeniably an unpleasant experience, so his T-shirt is rather fitting.
